I have this color. (in this picture you can see JLo's gray roots!)

1) show your hairdresser this photo

2) this is a very easy color to get so if they say they can't do it, go somewhere else.

Here is what my hair lady does.

She puts color on my roots to lift them, then she foils my head. After my color processes she tones it.

The picture I took in to my hairdresser was actually a photo of Drew Barrymore. she has a similar color to JLo in this photo but the roots are left intentionally darker. I think it looks more natural with a little bit of darker at the top to lighter on the ends of hair.

It is dirty blonde with blonde highlights. My best friend had the exact same hair color, i guess the only way to get it is to get it done at a salon, or buy a 3 tone hair dye box, trust me, it looks really nice :)
