When i dyed my hair black and wanted to go blonde again it just would not work. How do celebrities dye their hair black and go blonde in an instant? (ashley simpson - lindsay lohan). if there are any hair stylists out there reading this can you tell me if there is a product that does this? right now my hair is dyed dark brown - if i wanted platinum highlights, they would only come out golden, copperish color, not as blonde as i would like - this is why i am asking. thanks.
