Cut my hair like this??? My bangs are already like that but i want to know how to cut the "hair" part!!???

it's layered and thinned out at the ends. thinning is done with a razor. but you just have to tell the hairdresser you want it layered and thinned at the ends. it does help to a certain extent if you bring the picture along just for something more visual that the hairdresser can refer to rather than her imagination!
