I want to achieve that look that girls have: the one where their hair is thin ringlets all around the head. Itlooks almost wet as if they just came out of the shower, but it isn't wet! I know those aren't the best details but I don't know how to describe them differently. The only example I know of is Alexa from Krystalle's Made: Miss Junior. (I've seen it so many times but just can't remember the websites or celebrities =[)
Curly hair creation?
I think I only know vagualy of what you're talking about. An excess of moose does good, ecpscially if your hair is permed. That's about all I can tell you until I know for sure what style you want.
Happy Styling! :)
Curly hair creation?
do you mean scrunched?? i do that to my hair a lot... when it's wet, put a lot of gel.. i use LA Looks "curl look".. i think that's what it's called.. it's blue... it makes it pretty curly... grab sections of your hair and make them wavy... i can't explain it.. just kinda scrunch it up in your fist toward the top of your head. use hairspray so it stays.... it'll look wet and curly.. kind of a beachy look... but it's really not wet at all..
i hope this is what you mean!!

Use one of those spiral curl irons, also take a shower at night and but in those smaller rollers, in the morning ur hair will have spiral curls.
Curly hair creation?
1. Pat hair dry.
2. Put in frizz ease or similar product.
3. Use a styling cream for curly hair that doesn't make hair crunchy. I use Bumble and Bumble. It works great.
4. While you hair is still wet twist it with your fingers in small pieces.
5. Let dry naturally.
6. For a little lift at the roots, blow them gently with a blow dryer.
7. Break apart any pieces that are a little to think.
8. Use a curling iron in the front to get those perfect ringlets.
This is how I do it. Good luck. It will take a little practice.
Never brush your hair.
