Grow your hair out a bit. Then once it's long enough, straighten it (if it's not already straightened) and put some gel, mousse, or hair spray in it. For the second picture, its not too hard. Just mess your hair up and keep it that way with the gel or hair spray. Good luck.

let your hair grow at the sides a bit then if u want dye it. then gel the bottom sides of ur hair down. with the top, push it towards ur hair line then ruffle it either way u want it to go.
